Booking was easy. On arrival there is no parking outside the house but there is an NCP car park just five minutes walk away. The car park costs £16 for 24 hours so it's probably sensible to unload and park elsewhere. A walk up the high street and turn right will take you to the quiet back street where the cottage is. It was a hot day so a relief to step into the cool cottage. The cottage was lovely, very comfortable, and practical. I was so pleased to receive a bag of goodies which most importantly contained tea and coffee, and milk in the fridge - I was desperate for a cuppa!
The place was very clean, the beds very comfortable. We brought our dog who was very happy there. The small enclosed garden meant that she could be outside when she wanted and was safe. Very peaceful place too - which was important to us as our dog usually reacts at any strange noise. It was a very relaxing break and I would definitely stay there again. Oh, nearly forgot - it's just five minutes from the beach!
