What guests are saying
A perfectly located cottage with everything you need provided.
Owner was really responsive and very friendly.
Overall, the house was really nice and in a fabulous location, close to the centre of Lyme Regis and only a few minutes' walk from the beach.
A few points to note: as the property is located on the main road, you step directly onto the roadside as there is no pavement immediately outside. The only practical way to unload the car without obstructing the road is to park in Toad Hall and carry belongings to the property. The designated parking space for the property is also located around 10 minutes away. None of these points would stop me from booking again, but I feel they are things that guests should be aware of before their stay.
Lovely cottage with light airy rooms, well equipped and good location with a very easy walk to the sea, shops and cafes/pubs.
It is on a busy road but once in property this is not an issue. Parking permit a real bonus but to note the carpark like most of Lyme is situated off a steep hill. We had a lovely holiday, we have used Lyme bay holidays before and would book with them again.
