    “Lovely quirky accommodation!”

    All the stairs prepared me for the hilly walking in the area! I loved the bedroom with sea views and the annexe was very quiet and peaceful despite close proximity to shops and sea front (and lovely walks!). A small settee in the sitting area would probably make it more appealing but altogether it is a comfortable and cosy place to stay and I would love to stay here again in the future.

The property

The Annexe at St Agnes House is a one bedroomed apartment arranged over three floors and provides a central spot for a couple to enjoy all that the delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has to offer. Conveniently located close to the towns many restaurants and independent shops, with the beach and seafront within easy walking distance this is an ideal apartment for a couple and their dog to enjoy a break at any time of the year. The Jurassic Coastline and the South West Coastal Footpath offer stunning scenery and great walks making this a popular location for walkers. Forming part of a Grade 2 listed building, the apartment has a large entrance hall which is perfect for storing bikes or surfboards. Stairs lead to the kitchen/dining room which has sea views. The bathroom is located on this floor. A further staircase leads to a small snug area with Smart TV which is great for sitting quietly with a book. Stairs lead from the snug to the spacious king size bedroom, where you can wake and see the sea. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Please note: This property accepts a maximum of two well behaved dogs There is no lift access.
