Had to buy 2 cups for us to use as the cups provided were heavy stained, not a good impression.
Lock broke on front door, trapped inside until my husband climbed out of the window to open it from the outside as our dog needed to be out to do his business, reported this to sykes who sent maintenance ASAP.
