Modern and spacious.

We especially appreciated the access to the High St and the access to Langmoor Gardens through the flat’s garden.

A lovely apartment in a Central location with a parking space.

A great base for shops, eating and drinking venue and close to the harbour and beach. The outside table and chairs provided were not practical to use due to their location and the seagulls! At times we struggled to find places to eat in the evening so would recommend prior booking especially on Fridays and Saturdays.

Just had a great week’s stay here.

Right in the town centre with private and secure parking which is a big bonus when staying in Lyme Regis. Welcome bag was a very nice surprise. In all the lower deck apartment is a well equipped and lovely place to stay. If we go to Lyme again this will be my first place for booking a stay.

Perfect location for us and beautiful accommodation that was very clean,comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a leak from the upstairs flat during our stay but this was handled immediately and did not affect our holiday in any way. Would very much like to visit again very soon and would be happy to stay in the same accommodation.

This is a comfortable and very well appointed flat in the middle of town.

Parking was good. There is absolutely no view of anything however and the window in the sitting room was impossible to open so it was rather stuffy to say the least. The high end shower wasn’t terribly easy to use and you need to be able to get in and out of a high bath This said, for a short break it was a nice getaway but I don’t think I’d want to stay for longer.

A lovely property in a very convenient location.

It’s clean, well kept, and has some thoughtful decorative touches that make it feel welcoming. Having parking this close to the centre of Lyme is a genuine advantage and makes staying here even easier.

Very nice accommodation with everything you need.

The underfloor heating was a major issue with the bathroom floor too hot to stand on. Maintenance engineer arrived promptly and fixed the problem and we're very grateful to him!

WFI code does not work which is in your book.

Heating instructions were awful, and when we asked for help, none got back to us, or contacted us at all - very poor. Rust on the towel rail. Very dark out the back as work was going on, but none told us.

Great flat very clean and well equipped.

Location is excellent all shops and cafes are very close by. One small issue is the building work taken place on another flat with builders vans outside. However no problem with the builders. Would recommend this flat for anyone wanting to stay in Lyme Regis.

Accommodation was excellent.

We have stayed several times in Lyme Regis and look forward to coming again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Lyme Regis . Thanks Peter Western

We had an issue with a very warm bathroom (underfloor heating).

It was resolved to everyone's satisfaction! Otherwise, an excellent, most central base for visiting the area. The parking space was a big plus.

A very nice and spacious apartment, perfectly situated near to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Great parking spot in a secure area which fitted a large car. The only small minus was that the patio didn't look like it had been swept or weeded for a while and the outside furniture needed cleaning before we could use it. Other than that we had a lovely time and would love to come back. Thank you.

(Adore the shoal of fish)! Would go as far as to say the best apartment we have stayed in. We have booked same apartment for next year already. Moving onto customer service, I’ve emailed Lyme Bay Holidays twice ref a query about next years booking and no response, customer service is not a patch on what it used to be (and we have used Lyme Bay Holidays for over 10 years). If I have to chase for a third time will be pretty poor service. In any event outstanding apartment in centre of Lyme Regis! See you next year!

Lovely clean property, equipped to a high standard.

Great location with access to numerous shops and places to eat and drink. Appreciated having a communal garden to sit in as the weather was so good and loved the access from there to the cliff gardens. Thank you very much for the generous welcome pack containing loads of local products. Would definitely recommend and hope to return sometime.

Very nice property.

We did enjoy our stay at this well equipped and spotless apartment. One very small problem was the underfloor central heating. We had one one instance of the apartment reaching a very high temperature over night. It seemed as if there was a constant central heating demand to the boiler. We resolved the problem by switching off the boiler. A small investigation suggested that this was - probably - down to a dodgy battery/batteries in one or more of the thermostats controlling the 'poly-pipe' underfloor system. It didn't cause us any problems but felt we should mention it for future apartment residents. Thanks - we had a lovely time !

Good clean condition.

We like the fishes on the wall. One of the three light switch into lounge is broken. Cold water tap handle over sink needs attention.

The apartment was very clean with excellent quality kitchen utensils.

It is in prime position in Lyme Regis with parking only a small step away to shops and restaurants. The Welcome gift pack was the icing on the cake for the start of our holiday.

A return visit to one of our farvourite locations having stayed in this and the neighbouring flat a number of times.

The main points are the central location with easy access to the town, beach and gardens together with guaranteed on-site parking for a proper sized vehicle (unlike some which just offer a space (if availble) in a public carpark nowhere near the property or a space into which a modern car struggles to fit. The flat has a modern design and has always been clean and well presented although a TV in the main bedroom would be nice as would a separate hand towel and more hanging space for towels. Unfortunately a Friday changeover which always feels like you are losing a day's holiday and are leaving in the middle of the week. Since changing management to Sykes the advertised price has been inflated and although we have booked twice this year at more reasonable discounted rates fear we may not be able to justify returning again next year.

We have stayed ath the same property a number of time over several years as well as earlier this summer and always found it to be very clean and well prepared.

On this latest visit the cleaning was not up to the usual standard with sand, debris and marks on the bedroom floor and general dust and dirt under the bed and sofa. We have loved staying at this flat for a number of years, however, since the change in management to Sykes the advertised price has become excessive and we have only been able to book when reduced to a more reasonable level which is a shame as it means we will now have to look at other flats in the block with other agencies as we love the location, design and parking on site for a proper sized vehicle. As with many properties in Lyme Regis this is a Friday changeover which is not ideal but requesting a Saturday results in the near doubling of the price!!

A lovely apartment with all facilities that we could hope for.

Superb location and a bonus to have safe off-street parking. Our only complaint is the noise from the apartment above us - it seemed like every footstep came through our ceiling.

Been before so new it was quality accommodation.

On-site parking in the centre of Lyme is a big bonus. Two irritations, could not get the towel radiator to work in the bathroom and very noisy builders carrying remedial work to the property every day from early morning

Have stayed at The Lower Deck several times over recent years and love the location and having onsite parking means you can go out and not spend hours searching for a space when you return.

Only downside is not having opening windows in the master bedroom (there are doors) means it can get a bit warm in hot weather and no fans are provided. Would stay again although price has risen considerably each year and price after the take over of LBH for next year will make us look at other options.

The property is in a brilliant location, only a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and gardens.

The allocated parking means that you are never hunting for a parking space in town. Inside the property is spacious, beautifully kept and was very clean and tidy. All the amenities you would expect from a holiday cottage are there including WiFi, a generous fridge and a washer dryer. We only had two very minor gripes - the temperature adjustment on the shower is not obvious and we found the mattress on the bed in the main bedroom too soft (but that's a matter of taste). Overall though, a great property in a great location.
