“We did really enjoy our stay and it had most of the comforts we enjoy at home.”
There were a couple of things that we should highlight.
The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. Not a problem for us but for people who like to watch TV in bed it could be.
The freeview remote for the living room TV didn’t work properly as you couldn’t use the down arrow to scroll through the channels. Again we used my laptop to plug in and watch channels that way.
We also found a broken handle on a mug on the kitchen unit. We left it there for your team to hopefully find during ...

We also found a broken handle on a mug on the kitchen unit. We left it there for your team to hopefully find during the clean down.
There was also no blue bag left for us to split up the linen and towels as per instructions, only a clear bag.
We are back with you at Christmas in the same property and we are looking forward to coming back to the property.
