    “Lovely flat.”

    We would 100% stay here again (despite Parking, see below). On the map I thought it was a bit out of town but it's perfect, the Cobb and seafront have so many nice bars and places to eat that we only ate in the main town once! Enjoyed Takeaways looking out to sea, loved watching the moon come up. Comfy clean rooms, great kitchen/diner, fantastic sea view. very quiet between floors for a flat too. My family (2 adults and 2 kids) loved it. I'd stay here any season. The only thing of note is the ...

The only thing of note is the parking is tight (For my Defender), the large space size quoted, so I didn't get why some reviews said parking was 'awkward'... It's because there is another row of cars very close in front, and people park on the end of that row making it tighter. On our arrival this didn't matter as someone was parked in our space anyway, for 3 days! So I just hit the 'Just park' App and parked on someone's drive nearby, simple. Staying here again I'd do the same as it was easier to get in and out and made no difference to our holiday, made leaving easier TBH. Just noting the above as I'd want to know before, the holiday company were great about it too. And I also stress, we loved the flat and if we were coming to Lyme Regis again we'd definitely see if it was free.

A second floor apartment with excellent sea views located in Ozone Terrace only a stone's throw from the famous Cobb harbour and beaches. Refurbished to a very good standard, the open-plan layout offers light and airy living space all of which takes advantage of the views out to sea. The main shopping area of Lyme is an easy, fairly level, five minute walk along the seafront. Allocated off road parking is provided a short walk from the property. The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes.
