The Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedrooms are comfortable with most of what you need. The Kitchen has a good selection of Kitchenware but we brought our own sharp knives, potato peeler, cooking oils and condiments. This is a self catering apartment, so bringing a few essentials is useful to save buying everything. Dishwasher tabs, washing powder and extra toilet rolls are useful for longer stays as are a Kitchen and bathroom had towel. You get a tea towel and bath towels but remember your beach & swim towels. The outside furniture has nice cushions stored in a plastic lock box. All appliance instructions are in a folder in the lounge and other useful info is there too. The outdoor parking is a real blessing but you drive in and reverse out as no space to turn around.
We had an issue with the cold bathroom tap that was barely a trickle most of the time and if you watch i-player movies there is a lot of lag due to the inconsistent wifi connection, but great Wifi in Lyme Regis is rare.
If you look closely, the property has not been deep cleaned for some time but the major bits are clean enough. I’d rate it 9/10 as the view is to die for! We had a lovely stay.
