Need a hand towel in the kitchen and small toilet area.
Carpeting a bit dusty smelling, no doubt from dogs. Hard floor and rugs would be better, especially in the bedroom. Furniture not particularly comfortable.

The property had just received its annual deep clean prior to your arrival, so we were surprised to read your comments regarding the carpets. We take cleanliness extremely seriously, and we will certainly re‑check this to ensure everything remains to the highest standard.
