The property is well equipped and in good order.

The Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. Comfortable bed, and pleasant to lie in bed and listen to the sea. We loved the location, with three restaurants within 50 yards, and the lovely Kiosk coffee bar on the beach close by. The views from the windows of the sea and promenade are the best in Lyme Regis. Also, worth noting that the car park voucher is worth £100 (7 days in the Woodmead car park).

The bed is extremely comfortable and you go to sleep with the sound of the waves . The apartment has all that you need , the only slight problem was that the dishwasher did not work properly i think it needs salt and rinse aid and some of the pipes must be blocked as it did not clean all the dishes properly . Apart from that it was lovely . Would definitely book again

We were so looking forward to our stay. The position was lovely and the facilities were good, thank you. A few things to work on...The flat is starting to look a little tired, decoratively, and the bi-folds in the living room definitely need attention! The shower too, as the temperature gauge would not stay in position without either being constantly held or by wrapping it with a face cloth to stop it moving. We could have reported this during our stay, but who needs that while on holiday. Also didn't expect fire alarm practice one morning, in every room in the block, you might like to communicate that with your clients. The newly opened bar on the ground floor, playing music until 11pm wasn't expected and disturbed the peace of the view. The bed was comfortable thank you!

A beautiful apartment in a stunning position right on the sea front.

Amazing views with the soothing sounds of the waves on the pebble part of the beach. Well appointed interior in all areas but special mention of the very comfortable bed and the excellent shower. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely short break in the first week of Easter.

After a vey long and busy first three months of the year this was a lovely restful break.

The bedroom is lovely and has been refurbished very nicely since our last visit.

Fabulous views, lovely and clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Our only criticism would be the very uncomfortable white leather sofa, would have been 5 stars otherwise. The door lock sometimes gets stuck when you double lock it at night, took us 20 minutes to open it on our last day. We reported it and it was going to be looked at, I’m sure it just needs a bit of WD40. Will definitely book again.

We were very happy with everything and really enjoyed our holiday in the ‘Seagull’ apartment.

Our only comment would be that the internet/tv reception was very poor and the tv signal kept cutting out or freezing. We only watched tv in the evenings but it was impossible to enjoy a movie. Also the pillows were very soft and perhaps a medium pillow as an option would have been nice but I have to say neither of these items affected our holiday enjoyment in the apartment. I am sure we will booking a stay in the ‘seagull’ apartment again in the future. Thank you ☺️

The property looks a high quality apartment in your brochure and probably was after it was last refurbished but not now, the bed is very uncomfortable, bedding was white but now yellowed with age, bedroom carpet stained, the lounge settee very uncomfortable, TV very small and poor picture, the apartment is worn and tired, paintwork is scruffy, skirting boards are dusty and stained, windows and doors do not fit properly, seal has come away from the living room juliet balcony door, kitchen tap has loose cold handle, the communual stairway smells of fried fish, loading and unloading of luggage hard work due to no direct road accessibility, certainly very poor value for money, will definitely not be returning.

Beautiful location, we went to sleep each night listening to the sound of waves breaking on the beach.

A note on the bifold doors, they are not broken but are a bit stiff - it’s worth persevering as it makes the whole stay. The handles fold out an inch then turn to unlock, unlock both and then a bit of tugging gets them open

Problem with bifold doors in bedroom not shutting called office who sent out Andy to repair excellent response

Great stay thank you, perfect location, all went smoothly, it was also a surprise to be offered a car park voucher which wasn’t offered last time we stayed.

A couple of maintenance issues, the bifold doors were impossible for myself to open & close & the handle kept falling off the bedroom door. It would also be nice to be offered an earlier check in. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We love the Seagull apartment, the view is amazing.

There was information missing from the instructions folder this time with reference to the alarms and fire procedure also tourist attraction information that has been there before. We have always been happy with our stay here and hope to book again for next year. Thank you.

this is a wonderful apartment, exactly as i was expecting it is very comfortable, and well equipped.

the views are wonderful the shower is very powerful, and it has a dishwasher and washing machine which are huge bonuses, although i didnt need them key collection is very easy, and the agency were easy to deal with it was everything i wanted if i am being critical, the walk to the car park is quite steep and exhausting, and.... the patio door in the lounge has a broken seal which made it difficult to close. but it wasnt an issue but on balance it was perfect thankyou

We have stayed in lyme regis a number of times as it is such a beautiful place.

This is our second stay at seagull as we love the location, view, and cleanliness of the apartment. I would recommend it for a stay in lyme regis and can't find anything negative to say!

This is a really lovely holiday apartment, very well equipped and decorated.

The only slight criticism I would make is the limited seating; the sofa is rather hard and not very comfortable and the position of the arm chair makes it practically useless. I'd suggest putting a small sofa/chaise-longue where the TV is and moving the TV where the armchair is, and replacing the sofa with a nice comfortable recliner.

I have stayed in this property annually for many years.

Only gripe is the picking up of keys (after 4pm) and after unloading luggage and parking up we’d lost the best part of the day.

The apartment was spotlessly clean,located in the perfect place to see everything we needed.

I love lyme regis and have been afew times.We had the best weekend break with lovely weather and will be returning at some point soon. Please thank the owners as we could not have picked a nicer place to stay!

Our 2nd stay at "Seagull" and we loved it as much as the first.

The property is well maintained and perfectly situated on Marine Parade with great views of the Lyme Regis seafront and Cobb.

For us the location, the apartment, the views from the apartment were excellent.

There was a welcome bottle of cider and tea bags, but no other basics like salt, pepper, kitchen towel etc. As with the majority of small fishing coastal towns parking can be in issue. Lyme Regis is no different. We needed daily 24 hour parking for the week. There are two main carparks - Holmbush car park which you need to book well in advance, and Woodmead Carpark plenty of spaces. Buy a weekly ticket at the pay point £60 . Apart from the missing basics this apartment was well worth the trials and tribulations on the M5 to get there

Excellent location and well appointed.

The place is spotless and well maintained and it was easy to find and access thanks to the clear and helpful instructions. Perfect place for a long week end and Lyme Regis is ideally located for a multitude of day trips and activities. Even though it is located right on the marine parade with fabulous views of the sea, the place is very quiet and serene and a perfect spot to relax and unwind. While there is no on location parking, there are multiple parking lots within short walking distance, and there is a permit in the flat for one of them which was a great perk.
