Our party comprised my wife and I, and my 86 year old mother in law. However, during our stay, we reported to LBH that several items were broken on arrival: a roller blind in the lounger/diner, a lifting door hiding the microwave (which made the microwave unuseable) and the dishwasher which the LBH maintenance chap concluded had a broken heating element, and, judging by the build.up of black mould on the inside, had been in this state for some time. However, during our stay, we reported to LBH that several items were broken on arrival: a roller blind in the lounger/diner, a lifting door hiding the microwave (which made the microwave unuseable) and the dishwasher which the LBH maintenance chap concluded had a broken heating element, and, judging by the build.up of black mould on the inside, had been in this state for some time. For a luxury apartment a working dishwasher is a must - but all this suggests a poor level of maintenance overall and spoiled an otherwise super experience. We assume some compensation will be offered and that subsequent residents will be informed of these flaws which are surely easy to fix? Thank you.
We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as the dishwasher was not working properly. We have now ordered a new one.
