“Firstly the good points.”
..flat 1 is perfectly situated, in a lovely old building, parking and garden a real bonus, bed is super comfy, plenty of cooking utensils and welcome pack a lovely touch.
Not so good points...flat 1 decor is tired and a bit shabby, in need of a refresh, especially the kitchen & bathroom, cracked & tiles, dirty grout, blind in bedroom doesn't reach the bottom of the window so let's light in & curtains are difficult to close (the rings get stuck on the pole), white paint spots on lino floor in ...

Not so good points...flat 1 decor is tired and a bit shabby, in need of a refresh, especially the kitchen & bathroom, cracked & tiles, dirty grout, blind in bedroom doesn't reach the bottom of the window so let's light in & curtains are difficult to close (the rings get stuck on the pole), white paint spots on lino floor in the kitchen, shower curtain brown at the bottom, bathroom wash basin cracked, toilet seat stained & markings rubbed off cooker knobs making it difficult when cooking.
The cleaning company used are doing the bare minimum...2 big cobwebs in corners of living room ceiling either side of the fire, mirrors dirty, dead flies on toilet window ledge (been there a while, not recent), we had to wash all food related utensils before use as all dirty, bottom bowl in kitchen sink was filthy with food stuck to it, I tried scrubbing it but its still very stained.
Did it spoil our holiday? Absolutely not. Would we stay there again? Unfortunately no.
