“We love Lynchway!”

Our new favourite place to stay in Lyme, it feels like a real home, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A great location near the Mill and Coombe Street, but still peaceful and private.

“Great location right in centre of Lyme Regis with the added bonus of a parking permit.”

Very comfortable beds in a quiet setting. Very clean throughout. The property is let down by the gardens that surround the property which clearly need attention. There are no instructions in the property in respect of equipment save for the coffee machine. A lot of windows have been painted shut or are missing a key to open which is a shame as the conservatory would have been a nice space to use but was too hot as gets the direct sun. The kitchen is well equipped but the work tops are of a poor standard. In Addition the fridge and freezer compartment are ok for a couple but for a family might be an issue. We ate out every night and enjoyed the central location and clean property so overall would recommend.

“Spacious, interesting place to stay with a small but pleasant garden.”

Location brilliant, so close to the beach and amenities. Lots of great places to eat to suit all pockets. Directions could be clearer but Mark was on hand to help anyway. Would definitely stay there again, highly recmmended. We did have a couple of cats regularly visiting and coming into the property which is okay as long as you're not allergic!

Lynchway is a quaint, detached house situated near a beach in Lyme Regis, Dorset. This property boasts an electric fire, ground-floor living, and a conservatory – idyllic for a family or group of friends on a peaceful getaway in Dorset. Return from a successful adventure in Dorset and glide across hardwood floors to serve that much-earned appetite and whip up a delicious dinner in the kitchen equipped with AGA cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer, then head to the dining room to dig in at a slick, red dining table for six. Load your plates to the dishwasher and relax in the conservatory as the kids play in the enclosed garden.
