A great location and nice apartment which we've used several times.

Generally, it's showing signs of age. Lounge curtains not great, and sofa and chairs not the most comfortable. Glass table quite dangerous. Not a lot of room for dining, a rectangular table would be better in the small space. Toilet seat in ensuite urgently needs replacing. Insufficient drinking glasses. More serving bowls for salad, etc would be good. Blinds would be nice for the bedrooms. It would be useful to know how you get out of car park gates if using a wheelchair. The keypad can't be reached from inside the car park. I hope this is helpful information for the owner. It's a great place for a holiday with elderly people.

Lovely apartment with easy access to the apartment and is suitable for mobility scooters.

Lovely and clean but the only let down were the toilets. One toilet kept running and the other kept blocking up.

Nice flat very suitable for elderly people.

We have stayed here several times.

The designer of the en-suite shower room made it impossible to use soap.

The lounge fan did not work. The handbook did not reveal that there were wall switches to control white goods. The lugs on the bedroom windows could not be receded. It was stingy of LB Holidays not to leave a bag in the food caddy and to leave in each washroom a half used loo roll and NO spares.

Personal opinion only the sofa is not comfortable for older bones.

We enjoyed a fabulous, sunny week in this beautiful apartment.

It was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for a week away. The views were amazing and location perfect. Great having a parking space too. Highly recommend!

Harbour view is a well appointed flat comfortable and well equipped Lovely view and close to good eating places A small criticism kitchen tap leaks constantly and the sofa is not comfortable otherwise we loved our stay and will come again

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen extremely well equipped.

The view is wonderful. Thank you for the excellent welcome pack. A note for the owners - the number "1" on the keypad on the car park door, is very stiff and difficult to press. We had to prop the door open when packing our luggage in the car, so we didn't get shut out.

Excellent, well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Mattress and Bedding 5*. My elderly father and I were over the moon with the Apartment. A well loved "home from home". We look forward to returning. We had an issue with heating, a problem in one room that would have been disruptive to fix whilst there. But thanks to the speedy, professional maintenance service, we were warm and toasty very quickly. I believe the problem is due to be fixed ASAP when the apartment will be vacant. Thank you for such a wonderful few days away.

amazing holiday lovely new mattress to sleep on.

We think it would be nice to have a small coffee table between the two chairs. It's a pitty about the west bay boy racers it must drive the residents to distraction, they will in all probity kill someone in the future. Richard and Janice.

people watching whatever the weather. good food places within a 10 minute walk. sofa needs replacing but that's a preference as very low.

Property in lovely location, apart from the boy racers who use the harbour area to show off their cars each evening.

Lovely as usual very clean, lovely view.

The only down side was it was a bit noisy in the evenings with young lads driving their cars and motorbikes up and down the road which we'd not encountered before while staying there.

We holiday at Harbour View 4 or 5 weeks a year and have done for some years.

The welcome pack was great and very much appreciated.

We were happy with the facilities. We struggled with the bed in the en suite, both the size and the mattress topper which had a mind of its own and kept slipping.

We have been to the flat for several years now - we love the facilities it provides and the view.

It certainly is a nice apartment. However for a while the condition of the beds has been deteriorating steadily and this year was awful for us. Mattress toppers don’t disguise the fact that the bed mattresses have collapsed. We were so uncomfortable and worried that one of us was going to fall out of bed that it spoilt it for us. We feel that we couldn’t book again unless this issue has been addressed. Sorry to be a bit negative-but this is easily corrected. We really would love to return as it is a splendid place and suits our needs to a T.

We had a lovely holiday the apartment provided everything we could possibly want and it was a quality stay.
