We do aim to ensure that 2 Driftwood has all the amenities to make it feel like a 'home from home, so that guests can relax and enjoy their stay. We do have an on-call support team if you experience any problems at the apartment- I'm sure they would have been able to advise about the heating controls. We do have 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one with a bath and an unfixed shower hose). However, we have noted your comment about the family bathroom amenities. We are glad that you found the apartment to have everything you needed and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Lymebay Holidays have recently joined Sykes holidays: Both have apologised for their oversight in listing a 'seaview', which we, as owners, have never stated: this has now been corrected on their websites.
