“The cottage was just as we’d hoped.”

Loads of space to relax in and comfortable clean bedrooms. The garden was amazing, fully enclosed & perfect for the dogs. Location ideal to enjoy the south coast. The large games barn was enjoyed by all and the hot tub was appreciated after long walks and outdoor activities.

“Beautiful setting on the farm but accommodation not up to the standard we expect booking with Sykes cottages!”

Understand the price was very reasonable and we will take this into consideration next time. The accommodation was very old and tired looking throughout, beds were small doubles and uncomfortable. Sitting area dark and not suitable for a large family as other end of the property to the dining room and kitchen. There were some highlights with a large garden for the dog to play in and a well stocked kitchen with most of the equipment we needed for cooking for a large family.

“Family of 8 aged 25 to 83.”

Clean and tidy. Well stocked with everything you need. Spacious. Fab games room and made good use of the hot tub, which was attended to every day. Maintained well. Peaceful, with great views and friendly, helpful owners.

“A lovely house, the games barn was great fun and the hot tub most enjoyable.”

The views are staggeringly beautiful. So much to do in the immediate vicinity. Local pub was really good all round.

“We (5 adults and 4 children) all had a wonderful time at Court House Farmhouse.”

Kay, the owner was very helpful and assisted when needed and also replied very quickly to messages. The games barn is a lot of fun and the hot tub was a huge hit after busy days. The amount of garden was perfect for playing in and the house had everything we needed for a week's stay.

“We have recently returned from a 5 night stay.”

6 adults, 4 children under 5 and two dogs. The accommodation was excellent for us. The configuration of rooms worked really well and there was plenty of space for us all. Kitchen was very well equipped and the two cookers were very useful with everyone to feed. The games room and hot tub in the converted barn was an excellent added bonus especially on days when the weather wasn't good. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks to the owners.

“Great place for family gathering with dogs, Extremely well equipped large kitchen/dinner but the house needs a bit of tlc in places.”

Games barn and hot tub well used and enjoyed by all the family. Beautiful surroundings with sheep and cows for company which the grandchildren loved.

“We have just hosted a 70th birthday at the Court house farmhouse and it was an ideal venue for our get together.”

The property was very spacious for the 9 of us. Also having the 2 kitchens was a bonus when catering for us all. We enjoyed having the games barn & hot tub. They came in handy as one of our days was very wet and windy.
