A lovely property with the added bonus of an allocated parking space on site.

The lodge is very comfortable, ideal for the two of us and our dog. Lovely welcome pack on our arrival. Ample utensils in the kitchen & lovely comfy bed. If visiting the area again would definitely book this accommodation again.

Perfectly situated. Never lets me down i recommend it to friends all the time as the place stay in Lyme Regis

The only thing that let it down a bit was the storage for food.

There was not enough.

Cosy lodge with added benefit of off street parking and an area to exercise our dog.

The lodge has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we found it in a convenient (walkable but steep) location to the shops and seafront.

Lovely quirky accommodation, spotless in cleanliness, all mod cons, excellent wi fi, tv excellent.

Definitely rebooking soon.

We stayed at Coram Lodge for 3 days in August.

It is the perfect size for a couple with a small dog. We appreciated the fact that the lodge was separate from the main building and had access to a communal garden for our dog to use. The lodge is at the top of the hill from Lyme which means it is in a quiet area. Whilst the lodge is on the smaller size, the hosts have provided everything you need from a small cleaning set, towels and a sweet treat is waiting for you on arrival. Thank you. We used the lodge as a base to visit Beer, Sidmouth and Seaton, all are within a 20 min drive.

We had a lovely stay , accommodation was really clean and tidy, everything we needed was there.

We had a lovely stay at Coram Lodge.

It was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed. Being a tall man at 6ft 6 I was very pleased that the shower was also tall and I had no need to duck in & out. The open plan kitchen/living room was nice especially with the recliner sofa I discovered which you can also charge your phone up as there is a USB connector under the arm by the recliner button. It was a bonus of also having Netflix on the TV which meant we could watch a film. (The bedroom door is on a spring) so bear that in mind so you don't bang yourself or get trapped in it. It was fantastic to have a bit of garden to be able sit in & be able to take the dog for toilet breaks although he was preferring to roll around on his back as the grass obviously felt nice for a back scratch. Nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine all with clear instructions in the book of how to use. If you are looking to go on boat trips or eat out then I'd advise you to book in advance as they get booked up early. All in all it was a lovely stay and the welcome pack was very welcome with some milk & sweet treats. It was within easy reach of the shops & pubs down the hill..

Really well placed for a short walk down hill to the town centre, harbour and beaches.

Walking back uphill may take a little longer! Coram Lodge is really well equipped, has lovely high ceilings and the communal garden is ideal for those late night and early morning loo breaks for canines. There is a well stocked Tesco Express nearby and plenty of eateries if you don’t want to cook. Dogs are welcome nearly everywhere including most shops. They are also welcome on the beaches. Only the sandy beach to the left of the harbour is out of bounds from May to September.

Generally well equipped, pity there was no freezer, but could have done with an ice cube tray in the fridge ice compartment.

Not everything goes in the dishwasher, needs a washing up bowl and draining rack. Good location in the town, but for us, getting on a bit, didn't realise just how hilly it is. Good large screen smart TV. We enjoyed our week and would enjoy a similar property, but not in Lyme Regis, a lovely town, but too hilly for us.

We found Corum lodge to be comfortable and clean.

The bed was really comfy. It's in a fantastic location, with parking and a garden for our pooch being a real bonus. A welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. However, there were some issues which meant that I couldn't give the property 5 stars. The lodge is compact, which means you have to navigate corners and doorways with care. This being the case the door handles are way too large and stick out too far. I have come home covered in bruises! The double quilt supplied was too heavy for the summer. We had to sleep with only a sheet on us, but in the early hours it was very cold without a blanket. A summer duvet is needed for the hotter months. There is an internal step between the livingroom and the bedroom. This should be highlighted in the accommodation description. Our elderly dog couldn't navigate the step which meant we were constantly having to lift him up and down it. There is a washing machine at the property, which I presumed would have a drying function (it doesn't). The airer that was provided was flimsy and too small. A bigger airer that is stable enough to put outside would have meant a lot less hassle. There was no fan at the property. Luckily I took my own fan, otherwise it would have been way too hot to sleep without it. Apart from these issues we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Corum lodge as it is perfect for a couples get away.

Really lovely little cottage in a beautiful old house.

Perfect for exploring Lyme Regis. Very clean with get facilities, the welcome pack and milk was a really nice touch. Would loved to stay longer.

To be even better, maybe a small bistro patio set to have outside would be good.

Good location for us as we did lots of walking on the beach and it’s also close to the high street, restaurant and shops.

It was a perfect place to stay during our visit to Lyme Regus.

It was comfortable and very well equipped and in a great place to visit the town and beach. The goody bag was very welcome and a friendly touch.

Fridge door shelf broken, did report it by email on arrival.

Clothes airer was not very stable.

Tv in bedroom has poor signal so unable to get channels.

Sofa is uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade. Pillows to soft, should be a firm pillow option available at house.

The property was ideal for the two of us and our dog.

possibly a fan could be supplied for use in the bedroom.

Hi As advertised so no issues.

It’s in a lovely old building but this does come with an old, slightly damp smell. An air freshener would make a if difference. We bought a diffuserto freshen the smell. .

Parking space for Coram Lodge too tight!

Perhaps a venitian blind for the lounge window. Everything in the cottage well catered for and very clean.

Coram Lodge is clean and well presented and in an excellent location: just a short stroll into Lyme Regis.

The parking is fairly tight, but on the other hand having a place to park this close to the centre is quite rare. Welcome pack was a pleasant surprise. Would book again without hesitation.

Very comfortable accommodation everything we needed except a starter toilet roll which we felt a bit odd, the other thing was food disposal there was no biodegradable bag left to put food in for bin- not something we would bring with us.

Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed at Coram Cottage before but not over Christmas.

Took the dog, really enjoyed the break, warm and comfortable and knew great location. Lyme not too busy but enough open and going on. Will stay again this time of year. Would recommend.

The flat was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.

We have stayed many times in Coram Tower, first time at Coram Lodge, so we knew the location was great. The flat was generally clean but the floor could have done with a hoover and mop. There was a ‘carpet’ of dog hair under the sofa and ottoman which I found out after dropping something on the floor. Overall a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Coram Lodge although parking space No 10 allocated to our Lodge was very strictive as one side was rjght up against the fence holding the bins.

Our second stay. Only negative, a shelf in the bathroom would be very helpful as presently no where to put toilet gear other than on narrow window sill

Everything was as described, bed nice and comfortable, a larger duvet would be nice, I found myself with a lack of cover once or twice.

Overall very enjoyable.

Couple if call outs. Bed not made on arrival and quilt to heavy for summer (would be fine during winter). Would stay again
