As we arrived in the dark and tried unsuccessfully many times to open as instructed it was not a great start.
We had a call the next day to see everything was okay from Sykes, we did say that the radiator in the main bathroom was not working and the lady who phoned us did state they could get it fixed for us, but we decided, as it was Christmas Eve, to leave it but good customer service.
All in it was a lovely apartment all you need, and brilliant position and views. Welcome pack on arrival and ...

At some point the apartment needs maintenance but would definitely have this apartment again.

Hi Christine and thank you for your comments, and sorry you had difficulty getting into the apartment. I have updated directions on how to find the ground floor access door. I also note the difficulty using the entry keypad in the dark. We're getting the lighting improved by the entrance door so hopefully that will be better soon. I've also noted the problem with the radiator - will get that checked out. Best regards - Brian (owner)
