A stunning detached, purpose built holiday home offering stylish, contemporary accommodation for couples or families. Furnished and equipped with thought and consideration to guest comfort a high-quality and modern interior provides space and light throughout.

The property is set near the owner's home, an iconic Water Tower conversion in an elevated position on the western outskirts of the Victorian seaside town of Seaton. Outside, guests have a private patio with seating and full use of a large lawn area and there is a balcony on the first floor which offers views over the Devon countryside. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.

A variety of shops, pubs and restaurants in this small Devon town are within a few minutes drive or a walk of around a mile and a half for the more adventurous. Explore the stunning Axe Estuary and Wetlands, abundant with bird and wildlife, or why not visit the unique Seaton Tramway and Jurassic Coast Centre. The beach is perfect for watersports with sailing, windsurfing and paddleboarding permanent features in the bay.

The picturesque fishing village of Beer, just a five minutes drive, is host to the famous Pecorama and Quarry Caves and self-drive motor boats can be hired from the beach. With the seaside resorts of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth within 15 minutes by car this property is a great base for discovering this recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

  • The staircase is not suitable for stairgates to be used.

About Devon (Seaton)

Tucked away in a corner of East Devon, is the beautiful, unspoilt Axe Valley. At the mouth of the River Axe is the friendly, coastal resort of Seaton. The mile-long beach at Seaton is excellent for water sports, from sailing and swimming, to diving and windsurfing.
With the new and fantastic Seaton Jurassic centre now open, Seaton's location on the Jurassic coast make it well worth a visit. The town has a good selection of small, independent shops, as well as a couple of well-known supermarkets. There's a good choice of eateries, including The Shed Steakhouse, Flipside and The Malthouse, as well as two very good fish and chip shops and Chinese and Indian restaurants.
Seaton's unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the new Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round.
