    “I absolutely love this cottage!”

    Just back from a wonderful week with my parents and little dog, and already planning when we can return. The location is perfect, in just a few minutes' amble you're at the mill, brewery, and sea front. Yet tucked away with the lovely riverside garden. The cottage is comfortable, clean, characterful and very well equipped. The electric stove/fire made for very cosy autumn evenings. Yes the stairs need a watchout, but are safe, and part of the charm (top floor room is lovely!) Thank you very ...

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Lyme Regis, Watersplash Cottage is an attractive two bedroom cottage, just a short level walk from the shops and seafront. With a new, bright, modern interior the property has been fully refurbished with a contemporary coastal decor, sympathetic with the cottage's Grade II listing. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. In an excellent location this is an ideal seaside home from which to enjoy all that the traditional holiday resort of Lyme Regis has to offer. Please note: One small dog accepted. Typical of properties of this age, the cottage has narrow, winding staircases with limited headroom so extra care should be taken by the young or infirm. About the location

LYME REGIS

Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Note: The cottage has narrow, winding staircases with limited head height. Note: Parking is a short walk from the property. Note: Car parking permit supplied, subject to availability.

We have been contacted by the local council concerning essential works taking place within the car park from the 3rd Feb for approximately 3-4 weeks weather dependent.
There will be a dedicated area for cars that have a parking permit to display, however please note that EV charging will not be available during this time but Charmouth Road Car Park and Holmbush Car Park chargers will be fully operational.
