The property

Situated in the heart of Lyme Regis, this attractive two bedroom cottage is just a couple of minutes level walk from the shops and seafront. With a bright modern interior the property has been fully refurbished with a contemporary style. Two bedrooms offer accommodation for couples or families enhanced by an ensuite shower room as well as the main bathroom. An excellent feature of this delightful cottage is the terrace seating area above the River Lym. Catching the afternoon sun, a space ideal for sitting and enjoying a cup of tea or maybe a glass of wine. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. A real bonus in Lyme Regis, the property has off-street parking for two cars making this a perfect, central base from which to enjoy all that this traditional seaside town has to offer. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind.
