    “The house was very clean and comfortable and there was a very nice welcome pack but the property needs a general 'spruce up'.”

    - The banisters and skirting boards on the stairs need a lick of paint, - One of the bedrooms needs a lick of paint - The outside door needs a lick of paint - A number of the windows would not open - The shower over the bath in the upstairs bathroom leaked a lot - The toilet seats did not fit the toilets properly, they were a bit small and uncomfortable. - The door to the garden was very difficult to unlock - The garden furniture needs a good clean

Located in the heart of the unspoilt and picturesque seaside village of Charmouth, this attractive detached house is within easy reach of the village amenities including the village shops, restaurants and pubs. Perhaps join in with one of the regular fossil hunting walks or visit the nearby Heritage Centre, home to David Attenborough's recently discovered Sea Dragon 'The Ichthyosaur'. For the more active holiday maker make sure your walking boots are packed as a walk to Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast, is a must. The far reaching views of the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coastline are simply breath-taking on a clear day.
