    “We would not like to cook on a dirty cooker.”

    The microwave had jacket potatoes cooked were done several weeks before. I through them out and had to clean the micro wave. The kitchen floor was dirty and I cleaned everything that we used. The toilet had a square pan with a round seat. The bed was comfortable. As yet again Sykes gave us a glimpse of the sea and as we were surrounded by the sea was not good. Sykes did not deliver what we wanted, in fact we paid a lot of money for a poor delivery.

The property

A wonderful, detached cottage situated in a quiet, private cul-de-sac on the much sought after western side of Lyme Regis. From its elevated position the property takes advantage of some stunning views to the sea and along the Dorset coastline towards Golden Cap. With a tasteful refurbishment finished to a high standard, the owners have introduced modern, contemporary furnishings and some beautiful personal touches. Real features of the property are the large sunny kitchen/dining room and a sunroom off of the lounge both with doors leading out to a garden which takes full advantage of the lovely views. Just five to ten minutes walk from the heart of town and beaches. This really is a superb, family holiday home-from-home and the perfect place to enjoy all that this unspoilt seaside resort has to offer. Please note: A maximum of 1 dog is accepted.
