    “The location is amazing, with a wonderful view.”

    The deck outside is fab, I would love to enjoy a gin and tonic there in the summer! Parking near the centre of Lyme R is a great bonus. Indoors the house is a good layout, but we found the décor a bit dated and could do with a refresh . The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and as reported to the local reps, the shower in the master bedroom is dripping badly and the fitting is loose. It would be so much nicer if the bed in the master bedroom could be king-sized, there is plenty of room ...

The property

A beautiful modern mews house, in an elevated location, a short walk from the centre of Lyme Regis. The property has been built to take advantage of the stunning views across the town and along the West Dorset coastline. The house offers a large balcony area extending from the first floor lounge as well as a patio door leading from the master bedroom onto a decked seating area. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. It is furnished and decorated to a very high standard and provides light and spacious accommodation in a wonderful location. Access from the car park is via a ramp or steps. Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Note: Gardening work is being undertaken in the parking area of the property during the week of the 11th of Nov, some noise or disruption may occur so please bare this in mind if booking.
