Tucked away in a popular cul-de-sac on the desirable Monmouth Park development on the edge of town, the property benefits from a sunny southerly orientation, creating bright, welcoming interiors throughout. Features such as underfloor heating and oak flooring across much of the ground floor enhance the sense of quality and ease. The kitchen forms the heart of the home, styled with soft grey units and integrated appliances to create a practical yet sociable space, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or preparing meals after a day out.
