    “This is a lovely property with views exactly as described.”

    We were very pleased with it, esp the garden. However our stay was spoilt by noisy neighbours in the ajoining holiday let. This was particulary the case on the friday and saturday night when it was impossible to sleep in the downstairs bedroom. The guest information folder also requires updating on two points: its difficult of not impossible to buy fresh groceries in Lyme Regis, as all food shops except a v limited comvenience store have closed. As has the last remaining Boots phamacy. This ...

As has the last remaining Boots phamacy. This presented difficulties as both myself and guest have dietary requirements and ongoing health conditions. We book self catering for this reason but found we were still obliged to eat out at most meals bc of this. Nearest supermarket of any size is in Bridport. Secondly, some of the restauarants toward to Cobb end of town are also of extremely dubious quality. We had a bout of mild food poisoning from one establisment from which we are still recovering now. We noted this briefly in the folder itself to inform (warn) future holiday makers, and wrote a tripadvisor review accordingly, but as i say a review of the guest info in relation to the town itself is due.
