    “Wonderful property the maintenance isnt great the toilet seat has needed fixing since at least 2023 and issues with cleanliness however all that said as i have stayed there once before without (issues excepting the toilet seat) everythjng that you need is there for you.”

    The matress is not thick enough a bit of an upgrade ghere could be advantageous for all however lovely property. I will return. Could do with a pair of sissors and maybe another sauxepan i didnt see a potato peeler bit that maybe because i didnt sirectly search for one. Thank you for trying to resolve issues i had im just very sad it took 5 days of my time away up as that ruined my stay.

The property

Located on the second floor of a Grade 2 listed building in the picturesque seaside town of Lyme Regis. Flat 3, St Agnes House is a spacious one bedroom apartment offering elevated views of the nearby Jurassic Coast and enjoying a convenient location close to the beach and many independent shops and eateries. The holiday apartment welcomes up to four guests and three dogs so is ideal for small families, couples, or friends travelling together using the sofa bed. Stairs lead to the second floor apartment with a kingsize bedroom and living/dining room, complete with a double sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a dining table. The kitchen at the rear enjoys sea views. The historic character of the property has been retained and includes large sash windows and lovely high ceilings which add to the feeling of light and space. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Just paces away from the apartment you will arrive at a plethora of amenities, with firm favourites including SWIM on the seafront, The Pilot Boat or The Rockpoint, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. Stroll through nearby Langmoor and Lister Gardens, where you can follow either the woodlands boardwalk or the sculpture trail, or visiting the sandy shore of Lyme Regis Front Beach. Within walking distance you'll also have the chance to visit Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium and Lyme Regis Fossil Beach, before continuing on to Charmouth, where you can try your hand at fossil hunting, brush up on your geology knowledge at Charmouth Heritage Coast Centre.
