“We loved Sea Glass, comfortable, relaxing & everything you needed was provided.”

Good location although the hill doesn’t get easier to climb, no matter how often you do it. Our only niggle was the bathroom size & I suppose there isn’t a lot you can do to change it. Maybe it could do with better lighting. The welcome pack was just that very welcome. Overall a lovely place to stay.

“Excellent location.”

Very short walk to the main high street and beach. Lovely views of the sea from the property. Extremely clean and well catered for. This tastefully furnished flat is an ideal place to stay with an added bonus of several games and puzzles to keep you entertained on wet days. And last, but not least, a delightful and generous welcome pack which was very much appreciated.

“We had a lovely stay at Seaglass.”

It's a great property, comfortable, cosy and very well equipped. Parking space was also very handy. Short downhill walk into Lyme Regis but as previously stated its steep on the walk back so may not be good for people with mobility issues. It wasn't a problem for us. Really nice welcome pack too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and we'll definitely be back.

“Property was well laid out and very clean.”

Decorations were bright and modern with a local twist in some of the paintings/maps and objects around the apartment. Having said that the approach to the entrance was rather disappointing with very little colour and lots of weeding necessary. The hedge around the car park area could also do with a trim to allow more view of the beautiful coastline to the left of the property. There was also a rather unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We used bleach in the toilet which removed some of the smell but something maybe the toilet brush, air freshener or jost sticks did not seem to blend well!! Needs investigation. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

“The property was really tastefully furnished and presented.”

The facilities provided were very good. However, the place smelled stale on entering.There was an unwashed grill tray in the oven containing rancid fat which I had to wash. The lounge area had not been dusted/ cleaned. The surfaces were grimy with dirt and dust, as were the pictures. The throws and cushions smelled and needed a wash. The floor beneath the sofa was covered in dust and bits. The rug was also very stale and dirty. The quilt on the bed was old and the pillows either hard and lumpy or flat . In the bathroom there were wall fish ornaments which were thick with dust. It seemed that the basic cleanliness had been attended to ie. the kitchen and bathroom general areas but the rest neglected. It did not spoil the holiday but we will not return to Sea glass because of this.

Unfortunately the position of the property did not suit us at all as it was situated on a very steep hill which was not explained on the description. Had we known we would not have booked it. We had to leave early because we could not manage the hill every day.

“Excellent property to stay in for a holiday.”

Very convenient for local shops and seafront. Flat has recently been refurbished so very clean and fresh. Also lots of personal touches with tasteful decor making it very comfortable. Good parking next to entrance door. We have stayed in this apartment several times over the past few years and will probably be back next year. Only negative, the bed settee in lounge is a little uncomfortable to sit on. Armchair is great though..!

Beautifully furnished, well-equipped and very clean. One small thing that would improve the facilities - a draining board rack for the washing up. And it would have been helpful to have been sent the parking information before we arrived. It is displayed in the property, but we didn't see it and inconvenienced other users of the car park.

“We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Sea Glass, a beautiful property that has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.”

Very tastefully decorated and comfortable for just the two of us. The property was very spacious and the outside space was a plus. Just a short walk to all the shops , restaurants and pubs and of course beach. The parking space is also very handy and we parked up and never used our car with lots to entertain us in Lyme Regis. Sea Glass is the perfect base to enjoy a relaxing break in and around Lyme Regis. Its located a couple of minutes from the main centre and sea front. “Beautiful apartment, quality fixtures and fittings.”

Superbly maintained and immaculately clean. Very nice welcome pack. Just a short distance from the town and good parking right outside our door. The only criticism we would make is that the bed was too firm for our tastes and the sofa was uncomfortable (hotel beds are usually too firm for us). We had a great short stay and would recommend Sea Glass.

It's so comfortable, in a great position and has parking too. It was a treat to have a dressing table with a view and a mirror and power socket handy too. There were loads of hangers in the wardrobe so no putting three shirts on one hanger this holiday. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room also. We have booked it again for next year already!
