    “This was our second visit to the Annexe which offers a good central position for exploring Lyme Regis and surrounding areas.”

    The cottage suits our needs. It isn't pristine and pretty but the bed is comfortable and clean and the parking was this time manageable as we were out of the busy summer season and that made things much easier. We expect to return sometime next spring (2026).

The Annexe at St Agnes House is a one bedroomed apartment arranged over three floors and provides a central spot for a couple to enjoy all that the delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has to offer. Conveniently located close to the towns many restaurants and independent shops, with the beach and seafront within easy walking distance this is an ideal apartment for a couple and their dog to enjoy a break at any time of the year. The Jurassic Coastline and the South West Coastal Footpath offer stunning scenery and great walks making this a popular location for walkers. Forming part of a Grade 2 listed building, the apartment has a large entrance hall which is perfect for storing bikes or surfboards. Stairs lead to the kitchen/dining room which has sea views. The bathroom is located on this floor. A further staircase leads to a small snug area with Smart TV which is great for sitting quietly with a book. Stairs lead from the snug to the spacious king size bedroom, where you can wake and see the sea. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Please note: This property accepts a maximum of two well behaved dogs There is no lift access. The apartment is arranged over three floors with internal staircase for access, may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
