However, I have to raise a complaint on how our WiFi issue was handled. We had NO WiFi from Monday night all the way to the end of our stay which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, considering the fact the network service around Lyme is not particularly good. Two people came to see the issue in hand and one of them under the name of Mick on Monday, left a note saying it’s due to external issues. I have messaged via WhatsApp but all I got told is to “be patient” baring in mind we waited 5 days to sort this. I’m wondering if someone is able to contact me in anyway shape or form to get this issue sorted, as we would consider staying in the future again. Kind regards, Eddie
