    “Hi there, had a really good stay here again.”

    However, I have to raise a complaint on how our WiFi issue was handled. We had NO WiFi from Monday night all the way to the end of our stay which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, considering the fact the network service around Lyme is not particularly good. Two people came to see the issue in hand and one of them under the name of Mick on Monday, left a note saying it’s due to external issues. The other gentleman on Wednesday, came in to have a look but with no message or any sort ...

    However, I have to raise a complaint on how our WiFi issue was handled. We had NO WiFi from Monday night all the way to the end of our stay which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, considering the fact the network service around Lyme is not particularly good. Two people came to see the issue in hand and one of them under the name of Mick on Monday, left a note saying it’s due to external issues. The other gentleman on Wednesday, came in to have a look but with no message or any sort of communication. I have messaged via WhatsApp but all I got told is to “be patient” baring in mind we waited 5 days to sort this. I’m wondering if someone is able to contact me in anyway shape or form to get this issue sorted, as we would consider staying in the future again. Kind regards, Eddie

The property

Situated in a Victorian terrace in a highly sought after area of Lyme Regis, Cobb View offers some lovely views of the Cobb Harbour and the sea. The fantastic views can be enjoyed from both the living room and bedroom and are complimented by the properties light and modern, coastal decor. Very well proportioned the property is very comfortable and spacious for four guests but can sleep up to six as one of its two, good size double bedrooms accommodates a bunk bed, providing flexible family accommodation. A stones throw from the Cobb with its pubs, shops and restaurants a further five minute stroll along the sea front will take you to Broad Street in the heart of Lyme Regis. The communal garden to the front has various seating areas to enjoy the view and provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the afternoon sun. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. With allocated, off road parking a short walk away this is a wonderful apartment to enjoy all that the historic seaside resort of Lyme Regis has to offer.
