    “First impressions of the property are good.”

    Decor is clean and bright and the furnishings suit it nicely. The flat is a good size for a one bedroom with properly defined living and kitchen dining rooms. The balcony is a good size with excellent views across Lyme bay and the harbour. Our only negatives related to the boiler needing daily resetting and difficulty locking the property (reported). Access was via two metal exterior staircases which could make it difficult for some. Overall though, we will certainly look to return here ...
