    “We stayed for three nights between Christmas and New Year and the property was wonderful.”

    The views across to the Cobb were spectacular and all the little touches in the property - and how well maintained it was - was really appreciated. It was easy to find and it was nice to leave the car in the car park for the 4 days we were there. We usually go for two bedrooms but the girls were able to have a room each as well as the master bedroom which they thoroughly enjoyed. Lyme Regis is a lovely place to explore and we were blessed with pretty good weather. Would highly recommend this ...

The property

This delightful top floor apartment with excellent sea views is located in Ozone Terrace, one of the most sought after locations in Lyme Regis and situated only a stone's throw from the historic harbour, Cobb and the town's beaches. The bright and airy living space and master bedroom benefit from panoramic sea views and to the front of the property there is a south facing, walled communal garden with outdoor seating and a view of the sea. Family friendly cafe's, restaurants and pubs are close by as well as a selection of interesting shops including a popular wet fish shop. The charming town centre with its independent shops and restaurants is an easy, fairly level, 5 to 10 minute walk along the seafront and public car parking is available a short walk away. The owners have given great thought to guest comfort with plenty of additional homely touches. The galley kitchen is well equipped and a welcome pack of mainly locally sourced items including tea, coffee and milk is provided for your arrival. Perfect for a family beach holiday, as a base for exploring the beautiful Dorset countryside and the Jurassic Coast, or for a relaxing break at any time of the year.
