    Decorated beautifully and presented really well. The fact you can see the sea is a real bonus and the view across the garden is lovely. The location is fab. A quick walk to town/beach (with a slightly slower one back home due to the hill) but that is Lyme Regis for you. The owners were helpful and there if you need them but they understood privacy. The only gripe I have and it isn't the end of the world, is the advert says WiFi but there isn't. Neither of us could connect on to the WiFi so ...

This stunning architect designed studio apartment is quietly located only five minutes walk from the centre of Lyme Regis. Accessed via an external staircase, this light modern property is very well furnished and equipped providing everything needed for a self-catering holiday or short break. There is a good quality double sofa bed in the living area, as well as a double futon on a sleeping platform, giving options for singles, couples or small families. The sea view from the decked terrace is a wonderful bonus. An ideal seaside retreat in summer or winter. Please note: This property only accepts children 7 and over.
