    “I stayed here with my husband and found the property warm, comfortable and well equipped.”

    However, it does lack TLC and the upstairs bathroom, in particular, is dated and needs replacing. The lack of a welcome pack was surprising and very unusual in this day and age. Overall, and in view of the above, I think Sykes’ 4 tick rating is very misleading as the property is not of an excellent standard throughout.
