    “The flat was a great base for our holiday, just what we needed.”

    Clean, spacious for two of us. Nice view of the sea and easy to get into Lyme Regis. I can't comment on the welcome pack, as promised, as we weren't left one but I'm sure that was just an oversight and there are 39 steps up to the flat which might be off putting for anyone less able. We had a lovely holiday.
