    “A gorgeous place just a short walk from the town of Lyme Regis.”

    It was a perfect base for all of the towns activities on new years day, we strolled down to the duck race on the river which was a 10 minute walk and then on into town to see the sea swim, again another 10-15 minutes. The house is a lot bigger than it looks online and is perfect. Only comments would be lighting in the conservatory area is a little dull and there were no baking sheets to cook our food. Other than the above, would highly recommend and visit again.
