Refurbished to a high standard the apartment offers panoramic sea views from the main living area and balcony. A light and contemporary interior is well equipped and very comfortably furnished providing high quality accommodation for couples or families.

Ideally located for all local amenities, Seaton's pubs, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk as are the harbour and mile long Esplanade. The beautiful Axe Estuary, abundant with bird and wildlife can be enjoyed from the famous Seaton Tramway nearby and there is also the recent, multi million pound, Jurassic Coast centre to enjoy.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. With off road parking for one car this a great base for enjoying this beautiful part of the Devon coast and countryside.


Please note: The parking is located at the rear of the property and there is a back door accessed via an external (covered) staircase at the first floor. The property also has access via an internal staircase leading directly from/to The Esplanade at the front.

About Devon (Seaton)

Tucked away in a corner of East Devon, is the beautiful, unspoilt Axe Valley. At the mouth of the River Axe is the friendly, coastal resort of Seaton. The mile-long beach at Seaton is excellent for water sports, from sailing and swimming, to diving and windsurfing.
With the new and fantastic Seaton Jurassic centre now open, Seaton's location on the Jurassic coast make it well worth a visit. The town has a good selection of small, independent shops, as well as a couple of well-known supermarkets. There's a good choice of eateries, including The Shed Steakhouse, Flipside and The Malthouse, as well as two very good fish and chip shops and Chinese and Indian restaurants.
Seaton's unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the new Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round.
