Commanding excellent views over the town to the sea and coast beyond, this wonderful detached home provides an ideal holiday retreat.

Beautiful, south-facing, landscaped gardens include a fully enclosed, outdoor heated swimming pool (Easter holidays - end September). Refurbished throughout to a very high standard, the house is arranged over three floors with two of the main bedrooms giving access to a large sun terrace, boasting uninterrupted views over the bay.

The property also enjoys a large sun-room off the lounge, paved dining terrace and a spacious kitchen/dining room. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide the highest quality furnishings and levels of guest comfort, including a Sky HDPlus package with the full range of Sky channels.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Quietly situated in a private cul-de-sac on the western side of Lyme Regis, the house is only a fifteen minute walk down to the seafront and town centre. There is off-road parking for up to four cars.
