Superbly presented a 4 star Gold property, Lightkeepers Cottage is a wonderful family home located in the heart of Lyme Regis. Recently renovated, the open plan layout provides a great sociable space with newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and comfortable seating area. Patio doors lead out onto the level rear garden, with large dining table and chairs offering the perfect space to sit and enjoy some delightful alfresco dining . With a separate tv room/snug, this is an excellent choice for family groups or friends looking to holiday together and with four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the house can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The two main bedrooms with kingsize beds both enjoy their own ensuite shower rooms with the remaining two bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Situated close to the River Lym, a 5 minute walk takes you into Lyme Regis with its good selection of pubs and restaurants, independent shops and galleries making this an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy a holiday in this pretty seaside town.
