Just a few things to consider if you're staying here:
- The blinds are privacy blinds and don't block out any light, so if you like to sleep in darkness I would bring some stick on blackout blinds
- The seagulls are very loud, so bring some earplugs
- It's very spacious and lots of room to put your beach stuff, there is even some stuff there already for you to use! e.g. Boadboards and Beach Matts
- The parking is super handy and only just around the corner, a real plus!
- Everything else ...

- Everything else is good but could do with a bit of an upgrade here and there. Things like the sofas are a bit shabby and some of the dinning room furniture is old and a bit damaged
So glad you had a good stay and that you found and used our stash of beach kit - it's in the cupboard by the street door for anyone to use!
The blackout blinds are on our list after another guest suggested them recently. They will be one of the upgrades we'll be making at the end of the season as well as tidying up the dining room furniture. Sorry - we can't do much about the seagulls - they are just part of the character of Lyme!
