    “Absolutely loved this property!”

    It was in a great location in immaculate condition, lovely and modern and had all the amenities you could ever need. Yes, it didn't have a sea view, despite being on the seafront, but this was mentioned in the description and your just had to go down the stairs and out the main entrance and you were right on the seafront! Really appreciated the parking permit as well which was unexpected, as I don't think it was mentioned when I booked it months ago. The only thing that would possibly put me ...

Really appreciated the parking permit as well which was unexpected, as I don't think it was mentioned when I booked it months ago. The only thing that would possibly put me off staying again (we visit Lyme every year) was the loading/unloading. Trying to drive along the cart road in peak season when we arrived to unload the car was a nightmare. Plus, as we had to stop on double yellow lines, it meant one of us had to stay with the car, leaving the other person to carry everything up the stairs to the property, as we didn't want to risk getting a parking ticket if no one was with the car.

This stylish, beautifully presented, 4 star Gold property, a great couples holiday retreat enjoys a highly sought after position on Lyme Regis prestigious seafront. Tucked away to the rear of the former Bay Hotel the accommodation is arranged over three floors and has been tastefully furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard with great attention to detail. The kitchen/dining room in particular is a superb room featuring a range of built in appliances and sliding doors which open out to an attractive, private courtyard garden. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. With pubs, restaurants and cafes situated close by, it's just a five minute walk along the Esplanade to the centre of Lyme Regis where you can spend time exploring the towns unique range of privately owned shops, galleries and local attractions. Whether you want to relax on the beach or take a walk along the magnificent Jurassic Coast this high quality property provides everything you need for a relaxing break away by the sea at any time of the year.
