    “The house is in a great location, is spacious and quite well-equipped.”

    Off-road parking was tight even with our tiny car due to the bin store being placed on the wrong side of the driveway (would be better on the pedestrian entrance side). We were surprised there were no toiletries (shower gel etc) provided as is usual, and the slippery, cold wooden floor downstairs could be greatly improved with a rug in the lounge. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at this property which was warm, welcoming and beautifully accessorised.

55 Queen Street is a charming 3 storey cottage located in the popular seaside town of Seaton, Devon. With three bedrooms that offer flexible sleeping options, this house can accommodate up to six people and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. The ground floor living accommodation flows well from the fully furnished kitchen, with range cooker and coffee maker leading on to the dining room with doors opening into the bright and comfortable lounge with wood burner. When the weather allows head outside to the courtyard for alfresco dining or simply sit with a book while enjoying the remainder of the beautiful summer evenings. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
