    “Booking process and cleanliness were exemplary.”

    Facilities were more than adequate with everything you'd reasonably need for a week or two's vacation available. Couple of issues with the balcony's wooden doors not opening and rain ingress (which probably contributed to the stuck doors). These were still unresolved when we left which was a pity as it would have been nice to have use of the balcony on the sunny days we did have during the month we we there. Booking agency responded promptly to the extractor fan failing in the bathroom and ...

    Hi Ian We had hoped the builder could look at the patio doors while you were there, unfortunately he was unable to gain access. Fingers crossed this can be sorted this week before our next guests. I'm glad everything else was ok Property Owner

Cliff View is an impressive two bedroomed apartment situated in the popular coastal town of Seaton, on the popular Jurassic Coast in East Devon. Arranged over two floors, this spacious apartment with allocated parking, is centrally located close to the beach, town centre and all amenities making it an ideal choice for a seaside break at any time of the year. Configured to make the most of the far-reaching views, the open plan living area is on the top floor. An impressive room with vaulted ceiling and feature beams, the room has an inviting sitting area with comfortable seating and Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Doors open onto a balcony which flood the room with light and provide the ideal spot to sit with your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and take in the views over Seaton and the Axe Estuary and the coast beyond. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor, a spacious double bedroom and a twin room. The stylish family shower room with walk in shower cubicle is also located on this floor. Conveniently located to make the most of what Seaton has to offer. A short walk from the apartment takes you to the mile long sea front and beach which is popular with beach goers as well as those wishing to enjoy a spot of sea fishing or paddle boarding. The town is home to an array of restaurants and popular eateries although your holiday won’t be complete without enjoying some fish and chips while sitting on the seafront or having a barbeque on the beach. The stunning Axe Estuary and Seaton Wetlands centre is a haven for bird and wildlife, or why not take a trip on the unique Seaton Tramway as it follows a route alongside the river Axe to the historic market town of Colyton. Situated in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, the area offers visitors so much to see and do, from scenic walks on the renowned South West Coastal Path taking in pretty seaside villages including Beer and Branscombe. Why not try your hand at fossil hunting and find your own fossils on the nearby beaches of Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Other popular days out include the Regency town of Sidmouth or The Donkey Sanctuary, home to hundreds of donkeys and a firm favourite of the young and old alike. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
