“This is our 3rd ( possible forth) time in this property.”

And we keep coming back because it ticks every box. Access to Lyme, without a painful walk up a hill. Off street parking and a clean , well equipped house One minor thing …. The welcome pack is very , very nice. Maybe a bit less in that and instead of the kitchen pack , which contained dishwasher tablets ( there is no dishwasher) a little more washing up liquid . The pack contained a 30ml tube Even for us … who do as little food prep as we can on holiday, this wasn’t enough But ...

“Ideal location within Lyme Regis.”

Good base for holiday, especially with parking at the property. Received a nice welcome bag, much appreciated. Need to update recycling and bin guidelines as no recycling facilities in the car parks now! Was not listed on the property’s details but there is a downstairs toilet. Went to Charmouth, about 10 mins by car, good parking, lovely beach and found lots of fossils. We had a lovely stay at the property, would highly recommend.

“Excellent holiday cottage in a great location, with adjacent parking facility.”

Everything spotless on arrival. I have a couple of comments - A Nespresso machine would be nice, A dishwasher would be nice, but I can see why that would be impossible, and The garden maintenance person should do a bit more to make the outside look as good as the inside. I hope to return.

We couldn't find fault with anything. A lovely modern, clean and comfortable property in a perfect spot to enjoy all that Lyme Regis has to offer. A few minutes walk to the town along the river, through the Mill House area with the brewery and restaurants and cafes. When we next visit, we would look to book this property again.

“Second time in the house.”

We can’t fault it. Fourth time in Coppers Knapp. The house is immaculately clean. Congrats to the cleaning team. Lovely welcome pack. Super power shower Well stocked kitchen and great large fridge freezer. Powerful hairdryer. Loads of draws and wardrobes As I say. Difficult to criticise Very close to town via the river walk so no bigs hills to climb ( just a small , short one ) to get home and with private parking It ticks every box for us. Fit 60ish year old couple No children with us Look forward to returning next year

Yes it's on quite a step hill (like a lot of Lyme Regis) and is looking a little tired round the edges, but we loved our stay.

“This was a lovely property in a central location with a car parking space, which is at a premium in Lyme.”

Most of the facilities were really good, the property was well furnished, the bed very comfortable, and the little courtyard garden was a lovely suntrap . However, we were really diisappointed with the shower, a good shower is essential to us, especially on holiday. The water pressure was extremely low, and the temperature control very hard to maintain. It could go from cold to extremely hot during a shower. The visitors book. contained many references to the poor shower as well.. Also, there was a notice to put recycling out, but nothing to put it in, we brought ours home! It is a property we would love to go back to as it had so many positives, if the shower is improved.

“Lovely cosy accommodation very near the centre of Lyme Regis.”

The cottage is well appointed and having a parking space outside is a bonus. Please note there is a steep hill down to the harbour which may not be easy to navigate for those with mobility issues.

We have regarded it as a `home from home`. Comfortable and always enjoyable. Although quiet, it just a short walk from the town centre and is an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

“Surprised to see the gardener and window cleaner during our stay .”

We mentioned the cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and were informed they would be rectified on our departure . Comfortable beds , nice welcome pack . Well located parked the car , not used throughout the stay .
