    “Great property and perfect location for access to the town.”

    The property was spotlessly clean and a wonderful welcome pack full of local goodies on our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a week’s holiday. The bathroom was clean and had a fabulous rainfall shower, plenty of hot water, although there was a fan, we did experience a lot of condensation which we reported. The main bedroom was a good size with plenty of room to fit the travel cot. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels provided were very clean. The ...

The bathroom was clean and had a fabulous rainfall shower, plenty of hot water, although there was a fan, we did experience a lot of condensation which we reported. The main bedroom was a good size with plenty of room to fit the travel cot. Bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels provided were very clean. The “cellar” bedroom was adequate, comfy beds, but there was a musty smell - but no damp! Although no parking, we were able to load and unload very easily behind the property, which was perfect with two little ones. All in all we had a fantastic week. Thank you!!

16 Church Street is a bright and spacious ground-floor apartment, situated in the heart of Lyme Regis close to the shops and restaurants and just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront and beaches. The property has been modernised and is presented to a high standard throughout and is ideal for couples or small families looking for a great central location to enjoy a seaside holiday at any time of the year. The open plan living area is an inviting space and the perfect spot to unwind after a day spent exploring the area. The galley kitchen at the rear of the apartment is extremely well equipped and it will be a delight to conjure up an evening meal or a tasty breakfast. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. Arranged over two floors, the king-size bedroom is located on the ground floor, where you will also find the stylish shower room with a generous walk in shower. The second bedroom, a twin room, is an open plan room and located on the lower ground floor. The apartment is wonderful base to enjoy all Lyme Regis has to offer. The seafront, with its family friendly beaches is perfect for those looking to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday. Water sports such as paddle boarding are available and for those wanting to get out on the water, boat trips run regularly from the famous Cobb Harbour. In an area renowned for fossils, why not try your hand at fossil hunting on the beaches or learn about the history at the town museum. Other popular attractions include the Marine Theatre, home to live music and comedy, the performing arts, films and theatrical productions throughout the year. The town boasts a great selection of shops for your day to day needs together with gift shops and welcoming coffee shops. When you want a night off from cooking there is an excellent choice of restaurants whether you fancy fine dining, local seafood or just enjoying a bite to eat with a sea view, there is something for everyone. When it comes to travelling further afield, the scenic Jurassic Coast is waiting to be explored with popular walks, seaside towns and fishing villages, and attractions such as Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove or the award winning sub-tropical gardens at Abbotsbury, However you chose to spend your days, 16 Church Street is an excellent choice at any time of the year. The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
