    “Holly Cottage was everything and more for what we hoped for in our holiday to Lyme Regis.”

    The cottage decor is stunning, and so incredibly clean and welcoming. The welcome bag was an absolute delight and the bedding, towels and rooms were just sheer luxury. Garden was perfect for our 2 dogs and the location was sublime. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily walks to the beach, discovering the back streets steeped in history and were thrilled to find the local micro brewery! We cannot wait to visit again soon.

Charmouth 3 miles; Axminster 6 miles; Bridport 10 miles; Sidmouth 16 miles.

The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Note: The Cottage is accessed via a steep pedestrianised lane and access to Woodmead Carpark can only be accessed by navigating the steep hill - access is not suitable for the elderly or people who struggle with mobility.
Note: Please be aware that the property is visited by a gardener once every two weeks to keep the property looking lovely and for your enjoyment. They will attend on alternative Thursdays between 1pm- 5pm and will knock to check you are happy for them to access the back garden through the property. This is starting from the 26th March 2026 and will run until the end of Dec, starting again in March 2027.
