Thank you for your feedback. We were very surprised to read your comments regarding damp, as this is the first time such an issue has been raised with us. We take comments of this nature extremely seriously and, following your review, carried out a further inspection of the property. That inspection identified no evidence of damp or any associated odour.
Had this concern been raised during your stay, we would have investigated immediately, as maintaining the property to a high standard is something we take great pride in.
In relation to the toilet rolls, the welcome supplies are provided as part of the standard self-catering arrangement managed by Lyme Bay Holidays and are not intended to cover the duration of a stay. We do hope, however, that you received and enjoyed the complimentary welcome pack provided on arrival, which is offered as an additional welcome gesture for our guests.
