It's in a great location, being a short and level walk to the beach. The property is really well-equipped, including with books, films, games, DVDs. I really could imagine staying here very happily for a very long time!

There are issues with some of the windows on the first floor. The sash windows in the double bedroom and dining room don't stay open, and the two sash windows in the sitting room on the street side can't be opened at all (they look to be screwed shut), which ...

There are issues with some of the windows on the first floor. The sash windows in the double bedroom and dining room don't stay open, and the two sash windows in the sitting room on the street side can't be opened at all (they look to be screwed shut), which meant the property was much warmer than necessary. I suggest that this is sorted out.
Also, the instructions for rubbish are... rubbish! They read as it you put everything in the same bin - glass, paper, potato peelings, yogurt pots etc - and then some poor person at Lyme Bay Hols sorts it all out! I couldn't quite believe that was going to happen, so did leave the glass, paper and cardboard in the flat for someone to take to recycling. I could only find the one big black wheelie bin for the flat, and no recycling bins.
