Kelly Bray is a spacious, detached family holiday home commanding superb views over Lyme Regis to the sea and stunning Jurassic Coastline.

Neatly presented and very comfortably furnished the property has parking for 2-3 cars and to the rear there is a well tended, gently sloping enclosed garden with lawn and a large seating area ideal for "alfresco dining" whilst taking in the wonderful views. It is a 5-8 minute walk to the centre of Lyme Regis, beach and seafront where you can savour Lyme Regis' unique charm and atmosphere and explore the many independently owned shops, galleries pubs and restaurants.

A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats. With a woodburner and plenty of books and board games Kelly Bray is perfect for familes or groups of friends wanting to enjoy a traditional seaside holiday at any time of the year.

A maximum of two dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week).
