This ground floor apartment is quietly tucked away in the heart of Lyme Regis. Part of a Grade II listed building, this very well equipped and flexible holiday apartment is ideal for small families, couples, or friends travelling together using the sofa bed.
The seafront is only a few minutes walk away. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday and will include milk, tea and a selection of locally sourced produce and treats.
There is the added benefit of off-road parking, although care needs to be exercised with larger cars, as the space is accessed through a narrow archway.
- Care needs to be taken with larger cars as the parking space is accessed via a narrow passageway (approx 1.9m wide) which has a 'kink' halfway through which can make manoeuvring difficult. Please be aware neither the owner or Lyme Bay Holidays can offer alternative parking should your car not be suitable - there are public car parks within a few minutes walk.
- A maximum of three dogs are accepted. Dogs are charged at £20 each per week (or part week).
